Snapclarity is an online platform offering people an industry-leading mental health assessment, an actionable plan. Using the assessment results, we then link clients to a therapist that matches their personal needs, allowing them to connect with you through text messages and live video sessions as needed.
We provide users with access to leading industry mental health assessments via our app. The assessments allow identification of mental health concerns.
Upon completion of the mental health assessment users receive a personalized treatment plan with detailed information about their risk levels for 13 primary mental health concerns and how to address them.
Clients are then matched with the perfect accredited and specialized therapist matching their personal needs.
Shared Treatment Plan
We provide the ability to share one’s treatment plan with his circle of care, as this reflects best practice and is highly recommended. Clients will, however, always have the ability to choose if they wish to do so or not.
Clients may start using their Snapclarity credits to chat with a registered therapist by text message or video anytime anywhere.
Client’s Own Therapist
Just like having a family doctor, once matched, clients will have the ability to work with the same licensed therapist every time.
Through our app, we offer clients the opportunity to connect with their therapist at anytime of the day. Furthermore, clients can write a message to their therapist whenever the mood strikes them. This reflects the beauty of having access to a virtual therapist.
Therapists respond 1-2 times per day, if not instantly. A video chat can be scheduled if the clients needs more assistance. Therapists will always get back to their clients within 24 hours.
Snapclarity Support for Therapists & Clients
Customer support is available to help answer questions about how the platform works and usage of our app.
We make sure clients feel comfortable and safe with their therapist by having the proper privacy, security and anonymity controls in place.
Personal information is never shared; not even with therapists – unless clients consent to share it.
Certain features relating to Snapclarity are indeed covered by private health insurance. Clients are advised to consult their insurance benefit package to find out their coverage.
We bring you a safe online platform to take or compliment your practice with online therapy. We bring you clients, perform all the back-end operations (invoice and collections) and deposit your money in your account.
All of this while lowering your practice costs as there is no office to maintain, plus offering you the flexibility to work where you want when you want to. You are also able to set your own hourly fee and we do not take any commission on that, unlike all other platforms out there.

Yes. In order to join us, you as a therapist need to be licensed and eligible to provide therapy in Canada. You must be registered within the CCPA, the CPRO, the College of Social Workers and the College of Psychologists. We do not accept interns or therapists who are not fully licensed.

As we launch and roll out our services, there will be plans that range from free to as much as $250/month but offer a great deal of additional benefits. It’ll be worth it, trust us.
Snapclarity offers subscription-based therapy services. All of our subscriptions are automatically charged on a monthly basis. There are no contracts needed and clients can stop using the service at anytime.
The subscription costs $150/month and gives clients access to a therapist and the Snapclarity app. Services include :

• 1 hour access to a licensed therapist in a private chat
room (unlimited text messages)
Snapclarity also offers Pay-As-You-Go therapy services, where a client’s account is automatically charged as they use the platform.
Pay-As-You-Go services include:
• Video/Audio/Text real-time chat with you – average cost of $150/hour session but you can set your own price.
We accept all major credit cards.
We partnered with Microsoft to make sure your and your clients information stays secured 24/7. Our platform runs firewalls, antimalware, intrusion detection and prevention systems. Your data is encrypted and will never be shared with anyone without your consent.
We never store any personal financial information ourselves. All payments are made through Stripe, a secured payment processor operating in more than 25 countries.
Signup, Consultation & Cancellation
Absoulety! You will be able to keep the same clients throughout all the days you are at Snapclarity. You can also bring your existing clients on to our platform, in fact, we recommend it.
Simply fill out the sign up form, we will process your request and will sign you up on Snapclarity if you meet our requirements.
Each Snapclarity therapist manages his or her own online private practice. However, we require therapists to respond at least once a day, and discuss with their clients to see what work best.
